We bought two of these office chairs but around 3 months back (from the date of review) however one of them just broke despite having a similar usage. After complaining, they took no responsibility and told us to go and get it fixed from a welder's shop ourselves. Apparently, no warranty either. So if you do decide to buy anything from them despite the reviews, just make sure your item has a decent warranty period.

Ordered furniture from this place but I received a furniture with broken boards. The furniture also had tobacco spit stains all over the body. The furniture was also sent unclean without any proper safety packaging to my home. They sent only one driver and refused to place the furniture in the drawing room on the ground floor. These people don't understand emergency. Never buy from them. Cheap persons.

Worst quality sofa they sell here. Looks grand from outside but 3rd grade cushions from the inside..extremely expensive price..check well before paying.

Ordered a chest of drawers from them, gave them what they quoted without bargaining a single penny as they were really good before, estimated date of delivery was a week from order placed, I told them take 10 days but give us a good finished product, its been 1month 10 days still didn’t get it delivered and everyday they are postponing it with excuses. Their service has become so bad they’re not even caring about customer retention. It’s like you make it once from them and they’ll loot you and post that they don’t care if you’re satisfied with their work or not. Try other places as they are anyways charging equally high compared to other good furnishings, you’ll get better finish and better service. Really regret ordering from them and would suggest others not to as well.

Never visit this store . Worst products and worst service. Just bought a table today. Reached home and as soon as I bought, the table's channel broke apart. All their products feel like second hand resale products. When I told them about the faults, they clearly denied the service and told to repair it ourselves. Please visit at your own risk

One of the best furnishings in six miles area

One of the worstest furniture shop... I suggest to never buy any items from them.. they provided bad wood in the furniture nd present it in the way that we would never understand at our first sight.. i bought a wardrobe... they were 2 weeks late nd when delivered to my home materials are broken ...the owner didn’t even bother to chnge it

Star Furnishings is one the grate shops in guwahati city it is located in six miles, mahapurush madbabdev path near VIP market the looks for the shop is very good and the products as well as very good and workers in this shop are very friendly so if you need and furnitures you can go shop in six miles it's really grate.
