Went for vaccination today. I had booked for covaxin paid vaccine and was given the appointment for the same. But, after reaching there at 8am in the morning, I was informed they do not have any covaxin vaccine with them. When I showed my appointment slip and the availability of covaxin shown on the cowin as well as aarogya setu app, they said it can be a technical problem and they cannot do anything. So, I want to ask when you put your Institute as a vaccination center, is it not your responsibility to inform the concerned team about the unavailability of the vaccine so that people do not have to face further harrasment. Especially in this pandemic time when booking your vaccine is like sitting in a hot seat in KBC and playing fastest finger first. Harrasing people by giving false information and later giving lame excuse is very unprofessional and shameful at this point of time. If you are taking the responsibility please do it efficiently or else withdraw from this position because you are not doing your duty well.
