I had the privilege of completing a 21-day internship at Ashadeep, under the guidance of Ms. Akangkhya Kashyap, and it was a deeply enriching and transformative experience. Throughout the internship, I gained valuable practical exposure to mental health care, rehabilitation practices, and community-based support systems. Ms. Akangkhya Kashyap’s guidance was both professional and compassionate. She created a supportive learning environment where theoretical knowledge was effectively connected with real-life applications. Her patience, clarity in explanation, and encouragement helped me develop a better understanding of psychiatric conditions, client interaction, documentation, and ethical responsibilities in mental health settings. The Ashadeep internship program was well-structured and meaningful. It enhanced my empathy, observation skills, and confidence while working with individuals facing mental health challenges. The experience has significantly contributed to my academic growth and personal development. I am truly grateful to Ashadeep and Ms. Akangkhya Kashyap for this opportunity. This internship has strengthened my interest in the mental health field and will remain an important milestone in my professional journey. Thank you for the learning, guidance, and inspiration.

A very good counselling centre for the needy. I had counselled with them for over a year without spending a penny during my college days when I had just my pocket money and nothing much to spend. Anyone in need can go for this place without a second thought.
