Initially when freshk started I was relieved. That finally Guwahati has a reliable and affordable source for various chicken cuts. Their products never disappointed. Their service wasn't perfect but they were genuine. Earlier a guy used to take the calls and was very prompt. But for the past 3-4 times my experience been horrible. Firstly the required products are hardly available. Which is still okay. But I HATE THE WAY THIS GIRL SPEAKS ON THE PHONE. HER TONE HER WAY OF RESPONDING. ITS INFURIATING. SOMEONE PLEASE TEACH HER HOW TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER. I don't know names and I also won't take names. If the person in-charge sees this, they'll know who they've employed. And how they are soon going to lose business just because of the way this girl speaks.

Seriously needs to work upon delivery and service quality. Delivery takes lots of time due to which items like panner, curd, and milk gets bad on the way on this scorching hot weather and they don't inform customers via any call or sms regarding item inability they just compensate on their own without customer's permission at least ask the customer or inform before making any changes in order quantity and items.

Such a cold response from sales person. Neither I get refund nor they replace their date expired product. Shame. Based on above review i got a call from their office demanding removal of review if refund is paid to me. I said NO. My review is not to get money but make you aware of your mischief of employees. This is not the first time, previously also i was sent next day expiry paneer for which I had to make many calls to get it exchanged. Now , that its second time. They are habituate offender. And plz dnt ask for this curd, i have thrown it in garbage waiting for an exchange or refund.

Quality of Product and Service is really good 👏 one feedback is that I am unable to select the time slot when I try to order any item from Special Category section in the app.Hoping that you will address this concern. EDIT : Thank you. 👍 Time slot is working now in the section. Requesting to add COD / Payment on Delivery option for Special Category section as well. Nevertheless, keep up the good work 👍

Since last year I am ordering from fresh k and their service along with the products were good but since few months after successfully placing the order, they will call after 1 hour and say your order is not available... Today also I faced the same problem.

This low rating is because of the delivery service. I opted for the "deliver now" option at around 9 am today. After 1 hour when I called, the delivery boy told me that he is in panjabari delivering an order but the app clearly shows that he is in ganeshguri area for the last 1 hour and hasn't picked up the order yet, at 10:30 the app shows him in panjabari. At 11 am he comes to deliver the order which I had to send back because I had to leave the house for work. Waiting is an issue but tolerable, what cannot be tolerated is a lie. If anyone wishes to ruin their Sunday mornings please go ahead order.

Good service with vacuum packaging. They delivered fresh meat within an hour at my home. Hygiene looks good as well in the delivery. Easy and convenient way to order meat.
