Very nice experience to shopping with Reliance Smart Bazar Lokhra. Staff's are good to help you. Today @May,15 2025 I buy some products @50% discount.

A girl staff at the billing counter is very rude and full of attitude. She simply wants all her works to be done by the customer and she is there just to show her rude face. I was willing to complain to her manager, but the manager was not present there. And then I had complained about her pathetic behavior to one of the Junior level managers at the store. She was not even obeying her manager and instead started arguing with her (Manager). My message to Reliance Smart's higher management is that please keep good mannerred staffs at the billing counters. No customer is interested in talking to these type of rude, mannerless staffs. I don't have any problem with her being employed with you. But, please keep those staffs engaged in such roles where they doesn't have to engage in talking directly with the customers. I have faced her rudeness many times, and it is seriously pathetic and is unacceptable. I would have left shopping at your store much earlier if any of your worthy competitor such as DMart had a presence here. Please, train the staffs on how to behave with the customers.

I have bad experience in relationship smart bazar .I purchased vim liquid 750 ml pop was rs145 when I paid my bill it was rs 204. Then I went to counter again and I saw pop was rs 191 but my bill was rs.204. if you can't provide goods as per pop rate why you mentioned discount prices on pop. Its not first time for me before 2 month I faced same problem. So I never purchase any goods from retail smart bazar in life. And I recommend to all no one go there they take more price than pop . Price is so different pop and billing price. No one go there. Goodbye.

A wide range of items are available here. But vegetables and fruits were a bit dried up in the chilled air conditioned temperature. They have also opened a garment section for both men and women. Men's section is really noteworthy. But in women's section the clothes are overpriced with low quality of material. But homeward items are really good. You can opt in for whatever you are willing to. Today they are offering a special discount of extra 250 rupees off on purchasing apparels worth 1000 rupees.

It was my first time grocery shopping there, but the experience was terrible. The staff, especially the girls, were busy gossiping and didn’t help when I asked for a product. The same thing happened at the cash counter. They need proper training. Overall, the products are well organized and affordable.

Worst , i literally hope big bazar comes bck, because not only it's customer service sucks... But so does the quality of products, it's so disgusting they are selling duplicate products, i literally got completely different tasting biscuits in same unibic packets when I bought it second time, they shouldn't scam under such big name.. whoever their supplier is needs to be investigated

Although many products are available, behaviour of the girl staffs are lot to be desired. I presume since primarily the store is run by lady staff, people are reluctant to complain. One girl with surname some Raj is really so rude, you don't want to visit the store again. The staffs are having knowledge gap. Very poorly handle the cash counters. I will surely complain at apex level.

Chaotic and very badly things are arranged , no spaces in between ailes restricting the movement , and let us not talk about fruits and vegetables - never seen good ones. I wonder how a supermarket can be so badly managed. Wish Big Bazzar was back , instead it was killed to flourish such chaos.
