Nehars - Family AC Restaurant

During our last Guwahati trip, on two consecutive days (Sunday and Monday - September 14 and September 15, 2025), my partner and I ordered Assamese Vegetarian Thalis from this place through Zomato. We simply loved the simplicity and taste of the thalis. In the future as well, we plan to to order food from this place.

Their cook doesn't even know how to cook worst food i have eaten in guwahati the keema naan was soggy chicken curry was literally boiled water and the worst was the thupka that was not in their menu but I asked they said they make it at rs 275 naan at 169 and curry at 180 look at the pics and say is it worth it

So this a restro which i have been visiting since 3-4 years and it never disappoints First of all lets talk about the food , food is really tasty . One must surely try their butter chicken , naan , nehars special roll, tandoori chicken and shahi paneer . They are my fav especially the butter chicken Recently they have added the Assamese menu , genuine the veg thali is worth it but was very much disappointed with the chicken curry . The prices of the assamese menu are a bit on the higher side I am attaching the menu Service is good . Staff is friendly and hospitable Ambiance is good but can be improved

Ever since i experience NEHARS- FAMILY AC RESTAURANT. I never fail to visit every time i come to Guwahati. The food items are great.. The services awesome. The atmosphere is quite and calm. Keep up the great job..

We really enjoyed Nehar’s mutton thali — every dish was flavorful, well-balanced, and freshly prepared. The portions were generous, and the presentation made it even more inviting. Definitely a place worth visiting for a satisfying meal!

Assamese thali is absolute authentic taste. chivken dry fry and mixed fry is awesome.
