It’s just a roadside cart but amazing street food. This Bikaner chap is delivering one of the best authentic cheese pav bhajis. Other specialities include cheese dabeli, white and red sauce pasta. Though fully loaded with butter and cheese, it just tastes heavenly and totally worth the money - 150 bucks.

Amazing food quality and quantity. Nothing used to prepare the dishes in this food joint is local. Be it the cheese or the butter, everything he uses in excess quantity and without hesitation. The behavior of the vendor is really good.
