They send me a boy for installation for two wifi camera after seeing the camera the boy was reading all the instructions written on the box so I asked him will you be able to do so if you can then only you start with the process....my entire home is under cctv connected to a same wire what he did when he installed two of the cameras what he did I have no clue two of my previous camera stopped working he came at 4pm and till 8pm he could not solve the matter so I had to call another guy who solved the matter and I had to pay both of them next day what I saw one of the previous camera stopped working so I called the technician his response was I can't go you call that another guy then I informed the whole matter to the owner he is so irresponsible that he took no step to solve the matter. Worthless place with poor technicians
