Opening time showing morning 10 am to evening 6 pm, But still 11 am and no such employee is not present. Kindly update proper Opening time,Because Samsung have more time to waste but customer have not more time to waste like Samsung, Customer's time is more valuable against Samsung staff.

Went there to repair my new samsung mobile which was not charging properly. To my surprise they suggested that i have to pay for it, even though my mobile is brand new and within warranty. So i went to another samsung care and there i got it repaired for free...
