Extremely unprofessional service. I submitted my Phone for repair and was told “tomorrow” every day for weeks. After wasting one month, they returned my phone completely dead. No accountability, no technical knowledge, just excuses. Avoid this place at all costs.

Small but useful shop... Just below LIC office... Doing your mobile solution in time... Not much more waiting time.... Only parking problem is here.. Too much rush in market.. So less parking space..

I had a really good experience getting my iPhone repaired. The staff was friendly and gave quick and clear responses to all my questions. They explained everything they did in a way that was easy to understand, and the service felt honest and professional. I’m very happy with how it all went.

Worst Experience Ever – They Damaged My iPhone 13 and Want to Charge Me Again! I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at this shop. I brought my iPhone 13 in for a simple back glass replacement, and what I ended up with was a phone in worse condition than when I walked in. Not only did they mishandle the repair, but they also damaged the SIM slot and the motherboard in the process. When I pointed this out to them, instead of taking responsibility, they shamelessly tried to blame it on me and had the audacity to ask for more money to repair the SIM slot that they themselves damaged. This is completely unethical and shows their lack of professionalism. Now my phone is practically unusable, and instead of offering a proper solution or compensation, they want me to pay them again to fix what they broke. This level of service is disgraceful. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your devices, stay far away from this place. I called you regarding the problem after 1 day…. Shameful!!!! You dont even deserve a single star…

I took my 13-inch MacBook Pro to M-Repair because it had liquid damage; the display wasn’t working, but the MacBook was still functional since I had been using it with an external monitor for about 4.5 months after the liquid damage. I brought my MacBook in for a specific repair, as I knew that these guys couldn’t handle everything. However, the manager allowed an intern with no experience to open my MacBook, and it took him over 30 minutes just to open the cover. Once he finally managed to get it open, he began checking the motherboard with multi meter, Suddenly, he made a short circuit, and I heard a burst sound. After that, my laptop wouldn’t turn on at all, while it had been working fine before. By the end of the four to five months, my MacBook was left open and unassembled in their shop. When I questioned the manager about it, he advised me not to mention to the Apple Service Center that it had been damaged there, stating that if they told me anything, I should call him. Overall, I would not recommend this place. They are only equipped to handle minor repairs like mobile display replacements, speakers, and charging ports, and their professionalism is severely lacking.
