Mi Authorized Service center,G.S. RD Guwahati (Infotel)

My experience with the Mi Service Center was disappointing. I took my phone in for a battery replacement, but when I got it back, I noticed they had damaged the back side of the phone. This was really frustrating because I trusted them to handle my device carefully. The staff didn’t seem to take responsibility for the damage, which made the situation even worse. I expected a simple battery change, but instead, I left with additional issues caused by their negligence. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with the service and wouldn’t recommend this center if you value your device. If you do need to go, make sure to inspect your phone thoroughly before leaving

The service centre has cancelled it's Authorization with Mi. Hence there is still a space where they check ur phone but it's no more mi authorised. I came here as my phone stopped taking charge. He opened the phone and now it's taking charge. So by far I'd recommend this place even though it isn't authorised. But it's still authorised for laptop. And best part is you can now see what they're doing.

Stays crowded, but it's not the service center's fault that Xiaomi is popular. You can see it the moment you enter Dona Planet, on ground floor. Had a super old out-of-warranty Poco F1 fixed, I'm satisfied with the resolution. Was cheaper than I expected. 9/10 would recommend. Old Nokia service centers didn't use to be this busy.

The service center is below average and I had to go three times and yet my mobile was not repaired. I gave them a working mobile with minor touch issue and completely under warranty and they at first said it is liquid damage and not under warranty. Then they said they need 4000 to change display. Then they said mobile motherboard is damaged and charged me even 120 for taking back my own mobile which was working and under warranty when I gave them and they returned a completely damaged non repairable mobile. The mobile is still under warranty and they refuse to repair it. Do not go to this service center at all.

Very bad experience. I had just a wifi connectivity issue with my mobile (due to software upgrade) but she told me that it was motherboard issue without any checking the device. Later when I suggested something, she told blankly that my device will be dead. That my only option was to change the motherboard. I did not gave my phone and returned home.

Google should keep negative star rating for such services. Staff behavior is very bad. They try to scam with customers. First they gave me a hand written bill with no official shop name etc even they added gst without any gst number. When I asked for official bill staff started argue with me. I have to wait 4 hours for a official invoice. Even they took your phone inside their service room you can't go to that room. . On the name of system check they ask your password. My personal experience was very bad. I suggest you to go to a street shop instead of this so called service center.

Please try to avoid this service centre. The guy seating at the front desk is very rude. Try to avoid him and ask the other girl. They will open the device, waste 1-1.5hours and last told you that your device doesn't come under warranty. One of the most rudest customer service I ever had.
