CN Travel do not even deserve one star. All of the above reviews seem to be made up. They trap you by showing you good itineraries but at the time of final booking, they will provide you with the worst facilities. Even, at emergency situations, you won't be able to contact them, they will ghost you so badly that your dream holiday will be your worst nightmare. You have to ping them at every step to receive the vouchers you paid for. They act as if they are doing the travel service for free. They just have a few contacts, information and itineraries, anything beyond it cannot be handled by them and it will land your hard earned money in to the gutter. They will never accept their mistake and blame their customer for their faults. Very pathetic service. Please avoid.
