Worst service ever. I enquired for availability of iPhone 16 pro in their store and they said that it's present in their store. When I reached the store they said, it's in stock and will take 2 days to arrive. From 2 days, they kept on giving excuses over excuses with no proper communication from their side. From 2 days it went to 8 days and then when we confronted them at the store they finally said they do not have the model. If you do not have the model why kept us running for 8 days giving so much excuses ? Even the refund of advance took so much time to return. Completely dissatisfied with their service. Would never recommend this store again to anyone

Worst quality product bought a S23 Mobile cover which they said is of best quality for Rs 1500/- ,got crack in the very next morning.

I was bought iPhone 13 Pro from this store on 10/12/2024. Now under warranty my phone's screen got white. They told me that they will provide 6 months warranty and now they claim that they will provide only 4 months warranty which is written in their bill in so much big letter 😀... My 59000 rupees goes on 5 months something days. This is fully technical fault and they didn't offer me a service but asking for a paid service. Very bad experience.
