I wanted to change Euros to Indian rupees. I asked around at several Indian banks in Guwahati (Axis, HDFC, SBI) who don't seem to exchange foreign currency. They adviced me to go here. From my experience I can say it is a reliable, professional exchange office with good rates (€1=106 INR with Xe.com rate €1=107 INR).
