Recently I had a customized trip to Vietnam and the experience was awesome. Miss Sagarika helped a lot and throughout the trip they took care of us in every possible way. I was very pleased with the hospitality. This was my first trip with Thomas Cook and hopefully we will plan more trips.

My dream plan of going to Europe was successful. It was a wonderful experience. I would like to thank Thomas Cook for this. Me and my family visited the following countries in 12 days. France, Switzerland, Italy, Vatican, Austria & Germany. The tour was planned properly by Thomas Cook. The best part was three times meal were included and that too Indian food. Visa process was smooth and was done in Guwahati. It saved me some money of going to Kolkata. The tour Guide - Mr Vinod was the best. He was d perfect gentleman and an expert tour guide. Would love to travel with Thomas Cook again and make memories..

Best travel agency in my opinion, wife and I went to Vietnam for a week on a group trip and it was completely hassle free. Miss Sagarika is very informative and helped us out in every step of the way, she took care of all the formalities and we just had to take our papers and board the flight. Tour manager Mr Kamaljit was also very competent at his job and made the entire trip very fun. We stayed at 4 star hotels, local guides were there with us and every thing was satisfying for us, well worth the money spent. Visa, foreign exchange, insurance, local sim card were all taken care of by Thomas Cook. We had nothing to worry about. For all our future travels we will be going via Thomas Cook. Vietnam is very beautiful, we visited Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The highlight of our trip was the cruise, boat ride and cave visit at Ha Long Bay.

I travelled to several beautiful countries in Europe with Thomas Cook’s Chitramayee Europe Grand Bargain package this Durga Puja. Countries travelled to included UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria amongst many others. Our tour manager, Deepak Sawan, was fantastic and he took care of all our needs and requirements. The entire 14N/15D trip was wonderful and I wholeheartedly recommend this expert team to anyone who is looking to explore the world. I personally cannot wait to travel again with Thomas Cook.

We went on a beautiful Europe tour with Thomas Cook.Everything starting from the tour manager Ritesh, hotel accommodations and service to sightseeing were very nice and well managed. We were given foreign as well as Indian food as and when requested. Only request would be to the guides to let sincere citizens sit in the front of the tour bus.

I had booked trips to Vietnam and Dubai. I am happy with the services provided by the staff in thomas cook office, Guwahati. The trips are safe and it is fun to go on group tour with other families. Special thanks to Sagarika Bhattacharya who has always helped me whenever I needed her advice on booking the required packages. Additionally I am also grateful to Kishore Thapa and Jayanta for their timely help to me... Just few things for further improvement- Kindly book direct flights wherever it is available. This avoids unnecessary interrogation by immigration team and also it makes the journey less hectic. All the best to the team...
