Gem's delicacy restaurant offers 🫴 wide variety of food and a warm ambience with parking place. Food was tasty 🤤 we took dal butter fry, tandoori roti, chicken with potato and joha rice 🍚🌾. We are very happy with workers behaviour. They took care us. The restaurant was full of bamboo furniture and traditional terracotta art.

Great interior, seating and ambience that gives traditional assamese colour to this place. We ordered aaloo gobi and tawa rotis. The aaloo gobi was total disaster. I believe they specialise in traditional assamese cuisine, so I will visit this place again to taste our great assamese cuisine. Washrooms are not that clean. It also has large parking space.

Good atmosphere... Enough parking place. Washroom facilities but not very clean. Staffs are not pleasant behaviour... Took 50 minutes to give food. Infact they forgot to serve the food what was ready. No sorry and served cold food.

1 Star – Worst Restaurant Experience Ever Absolutely the worst service I have ever faced in a restaurant. We went for lunch today and from the beginning it was a disaster. After placing the order, we waited almost 40 minutes just for basic food. When we politely asked about the food, the waiter responded very rudely, saying “it’s getting ready” in an irritated tone, as if we were doing something wrong by asking. One of us had ordered a veg thali (she is vegetarian), but what was served was shocking — only small amount of dal and one small portion of sabji. That’s it. No proper items like a normal thali should have. We repeatedly requested more sabji from multiple waiters, but no one bothered to respond. It felt like we were being ignored on purpose. Finally, we had to go to the counter/reception ourselves because no one at the table was helping. Even there, the response was zero — no apology, no solution, nothing. We then asked for the manager. Not once, not twice — we had to ask six times before he finally came. And when we explained everything, he just stood there silent, with no proper response or concern. The worst part: one waiter literally threw a katora of sabji on the table without even asking which sabji we wanted. No manners, no respect, no professionalism. Food service is not just about serving dishes — it’s about basic courtesy and respect. This place completely failed in that. Slow service, rude staff, careless management, and zero customer care. I strongly recommend people to avoid this restaurant if you don’t want your outing ruined.

Very nice ambience. Thalis are over priced. Quantity is less. Dal makhani and aloo bhaja is really good in taste.

I had a really disappointing experience today. I waited for more than 30 minutes, and even after pressing the service switch multiple times (at least 5 times, waiting 5 minutes each), no one came. The switch doesn’t even seem to work properly, even the staff didn’t seem to know whether it works or not. This is the first time I’ve ever walked out of a restaurant out of pure frustration just from waiting. Really poor service experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. The chicken masala and chicken curry were undercooked and clearly not fresh .it tasted like leftover chicken from the previous day. The service was painfully slow, and after waiting so long, the food turned out bland and completely disappointing. A total waste of money. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant

This restaurant offers a decent Assamese thali, comparable to what you’d get even at a low-cost place, with a good variety of items. Considering the location and price, it's fair and satisfying. The interior is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment. Service is prompt and courteous, making the overall experience enjoyable.
