Disappointment regarding a recent experience with your product and service. After much consideration and multiple suggestions, we chose Asian Paints for our drawing room, intentionally deciding against Birla Opus as we did not want to experiment with a new brand for our new home. However, due to a shortage of paints, my father placed an order using the paint shade number, expecting the same shade to be provided in Asian Paints- as per our original selection. Unfortunately, we later discovered that instead of fulfilling the request using your product, the saleswoman attempted to match the shade using Birla Opus, the very brand we had previously declined. This has resulted in a noticeable mismatch in color, causing disruption in our interior look and overall dissatisfaction. More importantly, it raises concerns about professionalism and customer focus. We specifically requested Asian Paints, and altering the brand without our consent is not acceptable. It is a clear breach of trust and professionalism when a customer specifies both the brand and the shade number.
