Guwahati University Head Post Office

They don't even have the decency to respond. One lady who sits on the far right counter, I called her and she pretended like I am not even there. Hopeless creatures.

THE PHONE NUMBER NEVER WORKS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE TOOOOOO LAZY AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

Worst service. I opted for speed post service. The lady over there is mannerless, rude and indecent. She talked with everyone who went for the same in a quite inappropriate way. It seems that she's a strict high school teacher rather than a post office employee. She gave the same intolerable gesture to the senior citizens too.

It's a small head post office with few staff but all staff are quite friendly and ready to help. Required Infrastructure needs to be upgraded, as number of computers, seating desks, chairs and storage to keep baggages. Building also needs to be repaired regularly.

Hopeless post office I have ever found in my life. Never expected such kind of offices in a big city. they Can't even deliver the parcel to another post office such a lazy employees

All the staffs of this post office are very lazy and mannerless.... They don't know how to communicate with the customers... If you ask something they will start argue with you... They speak very rude with girls also....

Staff have to wait a lot, slow service
