Some 70% employees are very friendly and polite to everyone but rest 30% are liar and professional e.g 1.they have scanner printer photocopier but you have to work 800m cross foot over bridge four lane Road two photocopy your ID proof 😡 2. If you are outsider (not having voter identy card of Assam ) the treat you like 🤐

The behavior of the employees of the big service jio customer service center is really bad. They are not working to solve the problems of the customers but to give problems to the customers.

I installed a jio fiber connection today, right from installation the internet connectivity is not working, the technician watched it from youtube videos how to install the router, and when the issue wasnt resolved, they took an otp from me without even informing me what the otp was for but eventually i got to know that otp was of installion complete otherwise technician couldnt leave, and here i am stuck with faulty connection, its been 24 hours. I paid for 6 months already. Guys go for airtel dont even think about jio

Whenever we don't recharge they call us 1000 times but whenever we need any help their customers service number are not helping us anymore...I am calling them 10 times, choosing the options also whatever saying but options doesn't work..

Worst ever experience getting jio fibre business. Customer support is useless. They couldn't resolve the connectivity issue from last 20 days since Installation. Technician are incompetent. To all the new potential customers do not ever install jio fibre for business.

Staff behavior is not good

Worst service. I booked for Air fibre , complete kyc, payments and all, but it's been two weeks no installation done yet

Wow... The feeling was. From the security guard to the officers... They are absolutely well mannered. Of course the good treatment was not only with me...as I saw many customers visiting there for their queries. I went there to submit my documents as I had submitted the documents in which lot of spelling mistakes were there. The complete process was very smooth. My feeling was...wow...I didn't do anything. Well trained staff. I am proud... I AM A JIO CUSTOMER. Thank you one and all . Keep up the good service. Wish you all the LUCK..
