Kahilipara Post Office

I was once called to receive my parcel from their office on my own and if not it will be returned back . Isn't their job for the delivery? They never attempted delivery before that day .

Most unresponsive people, had asked to enquire about a parcel but the only thing they kept saying is we will know if the parcel reached their post office. Had asked to track with the consignment number ,they kept showing the same information that we already have.No further inputs from their side. People sitting there are very ignorant and unresponsive.

The worst post office. They will never deliver my mails. They are so lazy that they have returned my debit card and aadhar card also that came by post. Once i had to go to the post office by myself to collect some of my certificates and important documents which they were about to return. Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to raise a complaint against such irresponsible office and staffs?

It was great. I met almost all members in their, and they are well mannered and a very good human being. We should learned from them. I have seen lot of post office, but it is an extrem level. Thank you

They are so lazy and I couldn't receive my letter. They told me to come and get in post office.Then I went to the post office to receive my letter and from post office to my address just 2.5km only

No time maintain they don't know how to talk actually they don't have manners and very lazy govt should take action against that post office
