Fraud people I exchange Inr to Vietnamese dong, Exchange rate was . 0046 but market rate was 0.0033 , thereby I lost 42k inr by exchanging 160 k inr and when I sold my Vietnamese dong they gave me a rate of 0.0033 , thereby losing another 15k inr to 85 lakh Vietnamese dong. Total money lost 57k Indian rupees, worst experience, Won't recommend anyone

You can trust them for an honest transaction. Exchanges in bigger cities will get you better rates but if you’re flying from ghy and want no hassle this is it. Actually open till 7:30pm not 6pm as listed Best rates in ghy. Best service.

I went to their branch in Itanagar. I am a British national. I travelled all the way from London to Itanagar to see my very old mother who was in the hospital after a fall. I only had cards and some British pounds. There is no place for foreign currency exchange facilities in Itanagar so I headed towards an online place, Solidus Forex Limited. They took my British pounds and refused to pay. Instead I was told to provide indian bank accounts (?). I had non so I passed my niece’s where they promised to transfer next day. As I had to travel same day so I borrowed and left. It’s been 2 days now and no payment/transfer has been made. If I don’t get paid by tomorrow, I will write to European Union, UK and American tourist associations to put a red alert on this company. I have a receipt as a proof. Really disappointed. This will be a disappointing news for foreigners who wish to travel and see Arunachal Pradesh. Not having a reliable foreign exchange place in a tourist state (AP) is very disappointing. I will be writing to CM and other ministers which I know them personally.

You will get the best currency rate here in comparison with other places in Guwahati. Also the owner is very nice, well behaved gentleman.
