Zoo Road Indane

This agency appears to be highly unprofessional and unreliable. I intend to escalate this matter to the Indane Head Office, as such practices could put their operating license at risk. The delivery person, Das, is reportedly supplying cylinders to others, including hotels, at inflated prices, demanding an additional ₹500 to ₹1000. I have personally experienced a situation where my cylinder was delivered to someone else yet marked as delivered since I pay in cash. I will be pursuing this issue further to ensure appropriate action is taken.

The staff executives are very kind, responsive and helpful. They explain every process clearly and are very understanding. The agency is very easy to spot as it is located in a great location. Overall this is the best gas agency as they care about customer's concerns.

The Indane Gas Agency at zooroad branch must be one of the most peaceful places around — because their phone is almost always switched off or conveniently out of network. For customers, however, this means endless guesswork and zero support. A little improvement in responsiveness would go a long way in restoring faith in their service.

Verry bed service.Delivery boy are not perfect. They are not check The cylinder infront of consumer. They just say everything is okay we checked everything. After delivery I checked The cylinder it will continuesly leaked.nonsense......
