It's quite good for some specific well known books only. As I am a literature student I need more text books than reference books like ramjilal which is only available there.. it's a kind of book store where u can find the books comes under the syllabus of universities like cotton and GU.. They are very specific and sure about the return of the books with 50% payback policy which are bought from their store ..but when it's time to return those books to the store they decline the promise they made while buying books from there..

Since I started my education life, i have been buying books from this store. First my father used to bring me books from Novelty, now i go and visit the place. Almost every book is available here, sells and takes old books. They also sells other stationeries. Discount available.

I brought a second hand book worth rupess 650 on Saturday. I didn't checked the publishing year so I wanted to return the book. I went their shop on Monday. But they didn't give me full refund. The behavior of the staff was really bad. After half an hour of arguments they refunded me only 400 instead of 650 . I will never buy any book from this shop again.

Unreasonable staff. Went for a book return(within a week of purchasing it) which costed me Rs 350. I didn't get even half of the price in cash back!!! At first they were unwilling to refund it, then demanded a receipt(which they didn't provide at the time of purchase) and finally sent me back with a measly sum of Rs 70. Don't buy from this store. Purchase books ONLINE.

They doesn't knows how to behave with customers. And better not buy any second hand books from them because they gives hardly 15% discount. So it's better to buy new ones by spending a little more than buying their torn second hand books

They are not good enough to operate a book stall like that.. I was disappoint when a book which bought from that store was blank inside some pages among more than 900 pages.i consult with the owner of novelty he declined to talk about this matter. But the publisher replace the book after contact from my side..more over when i purchased book from that stall they said that we will give more than 50% of the price if you sale this book as a second hand book. They did not kept their word.. In another case an another book i bought from that shop i did not used it and i returned it after one month without any scrap but they did not accept it.. They always tell sweet word when you went to buy not when you faced some problem.. We two people same day bought more than 6000 ruppes of book for apsc preparation.. That time i faced this type of problem..
