Very bad experience , I went to the bank for the account closing form but I was not expecting this kind of scenario . I am holding a account in your bank since last 2 years. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ They do not provide us right guidan I ask for account closing from bank employee informed me they don't have any , when I ask why they don't have any she's informed me I am not authorised to provide you the form she's also informing me the branch manager , I said call your branch manager and provide me the form she said the punishment for not available at that time it take hours , but there was no lunch break at the time when I was visited the bank , such a bad experience
