Most third class service. It's been 4 days since my AC is installed but I couldn't use it for 5 minutes also because this dumb inexperienced technician didn't connect the water outlet properly so the entire water flows into the room itself.

This is absolutely pathetic. It’s been over 20 days and my washing machine is still not repaired. Your so-called technicians are a joke — they call, make fake promises to visit, and then vanish. No one responds properly, and to top it off, you have the audacity to mark the issue as “resolved” without doing anything.

I am writing this message out of sheer frustration due to the pathetic and irresponsible service I have received from your team in Guwahati. Your customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced — repeated calls are ignored, updates are never provided, and there is absolutely no sense of accountability from your side. It is shocking that a service provider associated with leading platforms like Flipkart can operate with such negligence. I urge you to check your own Google reviews for Guwahati — they are filled with negative feedback, and rightfully so. Customers are clearly unhappy and helpless because your team fails to communicate or take responsibility. Let me be very clear: such unprofessional behavior reflects extremely poorly not only on your company but also on the brands that rely on you. If this is the level of service you offer, you should not be in this business. You are damaging customer trust and ruining the post-purchase experience. I demand immediate attention to this issue and expect you to seriously work on improving your customer support system. If your team continues to ignore genuine customer concerns, I will be forced to escalate this further to higher authorities and on public platforms.

Worst service provider I’ve ever encountered. They kept on rescheduling my installation according to their convenience and delayed by 4 days. The technicians are also not skilled. I was bound to use this service or else my warrenty would have been declared void.

They deserve minus rating. After sells they not attended any phone call and even there is no customer care number. Worst service by flip cart. My only suggestion is to purchase any machinery item from your local shop.

Techinicans are worst. I do not understand why Jeeves alot work to these techinicans. My wall was damaged during ac installation. Additionally, they will come up with many things which you do not want to purchase. If you allow these techinicans to visit for your work keep an additional amount of 4-5k in your pocket. They still do not mark the job completion after completing the job which voids your warranty.

Very worst experience.yesterday their technician came and installed my new lg ac .but not cooling even they leaked ac gas.very dump and third class technician.very disappointed with jeeves survice.before provided third class technician atleast think properly.because our money is valuable.
