The best place of the campus with all the books and research paper. It is available in both hard copy and online e-books or journals. Open 24 hours and they allow outsiders also but outsiders cannot borrow books.

Largest library.Large number of books were available. It's gives appearance of a 5 star hotel.high speed internet available. A caffeteria is also available.most beautiful and largest central library.very good amenities are here.it provides a great environment to study.

A very nice Library having a large space for students to study peacefully and also contains books from various field from filmography to cosmology, journals from almost each subject, several famous daily/monthly/yearly magazines, hundreds of novels from big authors. It is fully air conditioned with facilities consisting automated book issue and return.

Best place in IITG to study for long hours. Open 24x7 during exams. Self issue/return facility. Clean and spacious. Most of the books are found. Have CCD and a canteen near it for refreshment. A non ac area is available too. CCTV available in most sitting areas so feels safe to leave belongings for shorter duration of time.

This is 'the place'. The heaven of the students with a humungous collection of books spread across three full size floors. The staff are really very friendly and helpful. Other facilities include two cafès one of them being CCD and the other a lot more economical yet decent). Other feature is the IITG souvenir shop. Good quality bathroom and toilet facilities available. Computer and communication center is located beside it in the same building

Best library in the entire north east region... very well maintained... one will find almost every book on science and technology... literature books are also available

Very cool place to study, huge collection of books are available. The sitting places are nice and comfortable. Huge parking area is available in front of the library. There is a tea stall in the ground floor. The library staffs are nice, humble and helpful. The Wi-Fi speed here is really remarkable. Almost every place of the library is furnished with CCTV surveillance system to ensure better security. It remains open from 8 O'clock in the morning to 12 O'clock at night. During the exam time, the library remains open for 24 hours, but it becomes very congested, difficult to find a sitting place during exam time.
