Scert is aimimg zero dropout from schools at elementary level and has been relentlessly workung on it. I was there for two trainings, one dor slow learners and other for ICT and e content development. The staff is friendly and co operative. The computer lab has strong wifi and is well equipped. Liked the experience of woking there. They have tried to keep the surroundings clean and unlike other government offices, the stairs are clean and stain free. The same can not be said aboutbthe toilets though. To reach here of you are coming from Ganeshguri, you may take a e rikshaw or magic . It takes rs 10 for a ride in maximo from Ganeahguri. If one come by city bus, it takes rs 10 ,but waiting for city bus can take lots of time. An auto will charge around 100 to 150. E rikshaw charge for this way is rs 20.To save time it is best to hire a cab.

SCERT takes various initiatives in promoting elementary education in Assam. Aiming zero dropout in elementary stage. Attended various programs in ICT lab. The ICT lab is very clean and well equipped. Nice people. Educational research and other educational activities done here. Staff is very good and friendly. All peoples are intellectual and very wise. The place is reachable via local passenger auto which costs rupees 50 from Ganesh Mandir. And Uber takes around 150 from Ganesh guri.
