Not so much good - staffs are in totally chaos. But some good visiting docters makes it at least approachable.

Gone here for a 2D Echo Test..Attending Cardiologist n staff were good n explained the reports. Well maintained hospital.

Just visited this diagnostic centre once but my experience was not that good. Infrastructure and location wise the building is located at a very good place, heart of the city you can say. Customer service representative lack the expertise to deal with customers. Moreover when I called the diagnostic centre regarding availability of 3D ultrasound and Fetal medicine expert, they replied that have both, but when I visited the centre I came to know that they don’t have fetal medicine expert and my 3D ultrasound was over in just 3 minutes. Rates of the diagnostic centre are on the higher side compared to other diagnostic centre’s.

Worst hospital service ever received.They pretend like they have established the best healthcare institution in entire northeast whereas they lack basic humanity and concern for their patients.It's basically a slaughter house of the patients.I wonder if the doctors even really care about the patients or it's just the fee. The receptions and the customer care service are the worst. You would die calling them for taking an appointment and they would give you irrelevant responses and even lie to you that the bookings are full and once you get a booking they'll postpone it for no reason at all.

It's very nice and updated hospital in the heart of the city. it is well equipped with the latest technologies and machines. All renowned doctors of the ghy visit this hospital. Its well maintained and clean and hygienic hospital. staff if this hospital is also very humble and cooperative. But beside all these I would like to suggest hospital management to reduce the price for different test done in the hospital.

Very bad front desk and reception at OSMC Had taken appointment to one doctor on 25/7/17at 5.30pm . Appointment time was given by reception. But on reaching there the front desk(reception) informed that we have time slot at 7pm. No previous intimation from their side even they had my number Very very irresponsible attitude Hope they run their new unit in a more systematic way with due respect to people's time and feelings...

WORST SERVICE BY STAFF. ZERO STAR option is best for this centre coz of its staff response towards patient. No care about the condition of the patient. All concern is about billing and payment. Doctor in ultrasound dept is irresponsible towards its duty. I will make sure to suggest 100 of people atleast not to visit this cantre. And above all the centre is doesnt have a complaint book, grievance cell to hear out.
