I had an extremely bad and shocking experience here. One of the staff members behaved in the most careless and rude way. I hit my head very hard because the main shutter gate was half closed out of nowhere. A hit like that could have caused major injuries or even a concussion, and I felt dizzy the entire way back home. What made it worse was the staff’s reaction. He acted casually, as if it was my fault, and didn’t even bother to apologise or show concern. No sense of responsibility, no basic manners, absolutely zero civic sense.

I don’t even want to give 1 star . I visited this bank with my girlfriend and the staff’s behaviour was absolutely pathetic. The person at the reception was of no help at all — she was busy laughing on a call and didn’t even bother to spare a single minute to help with something that would have literally taken just a minute. Instead of assisting, she kept asking us to wait again and again for no valid reason. This kind of unprofessional and careless attitude is completely unacceptable, especially at a bank. Extremely disappointed with the service and behaviour.
