Very flavorful dahi puchhka ! Loved the taste. Fresh dahi was used , the spice and chutneys were used in perfect quantity to create the perfect "chatpata" taste. Makes better chaat than several shops in Guwahati ! Tried the Papdi chaat recently. It was even more yummier. Papdis topped with well boiled potato slices with onion & tomato slices on top and then drizzled with the thick sweet chutney and different masalas made for a very chatpata experience ! Recommended.
