It is a good place to see many traditional artifacts. It was inaugurated by former Prime Minister Dr M. Mohan Singh. It has a spacious place where we can have relax time with family and friends. Also most of the time many shows takes place here. It has a good auditorium where we can do the concert in a very cheap price. It is located beside the kalakhetra!

Need renovations of the entire dormitory. Very old and dirty. But the other shops in the compound and canteen food was good.

A very good place to have music concerts as the available area is quite large and the ground is also plane. There is availability of washrooms for both the genders. It is just besides Kalakshetra.

I've fond memories attached to this cultural complex, namely, SHILPGRAM, NEZCC, Panjabari, Guwahati. In the past, several times I visited there with my dear son, Salim Raja as he participated in Chess Tournament successfully there. I can remember that THE TELEGRAPH SCHOOL CHESS, 2006 organized there in the big auditorium of Shilpgram. The auditorium is spacious and well-facilitated. He also participated a round successfully with GM Viswanathan Anand. I too enjoyed tea with other guardians in the nearby canteen to the auditorium. We both my son and me visited shops of the different traditions and artefacts. I found the traditionally prepared food (e.g. pickle) are a bit costly.
