VLCC BEAUTY CLINIC ( Zoo Road, Guwahati )

Very good center for maintaining healthy body… staff is very supportive and professional.. I recently availed slimming services at VLCC and I am extremely happy with my experience. The team here is highly trained, polite, and very attentive. They explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the sessions. The treatments were painless, relaxing, and delivered visible results faster than I expected. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and uses advanced technology which gave me great confidence. I genuinely feel healthier, lighter, and more confident now. Highly recommended for anyone looking for effective and safe slimming solutions!

The call centre first confirmed that a particular service is available. After reaching the spot VLCC denied saying its an old service offer addressing that the call centre are not aware of the current services properly. No coordination or commitment of their words. They charge really high. I asked them for a haircut and after waiting for around 20 mins, staffs told me it cant be done today. After I returned VLCC generated fraud bill on my name with services they even didn’t provide and then when I called the contact centre even that was not addressed. Very bad experience. Will advise to visit any other salon.

Very bad experience, they are just frauds. I went there only for head massage and during massage I gave my phone to a beautician on trust, and that time she did fraud with me, sanctions a digital loan against my name, after that several times I requested to cancel the loan but they didn't. I had to given police complain against the zoo road vlcc branch. Such a notorious staff in this Branch
