PMB Gas Agency's staff are active and helpful. Service and delivery really appreciable. Today I received my first delivered cylinder in time. I thanks Mr Mukul Rahang for his smooth delivery service in time and his polite gentle behaviour.

Gas shows delivered but no delivery actually happend. Phone number given in the site for agency doesn’t connect. Delivery guy responds casually to the calls as not having gas to cook is no issues. No way to mark it undelivered in feedback options And the list goes on…

Very late delivery and my last booking I got msg gas was delivered on 30 January 25 , but I was surprised that as on 7th Feb I am not reached.

Worst service. Never received delivery in time.. sometime it takes 10-12 days and they didn't respond to any complaints and cancel the order without any reason. When we complain about it the delivery boy behaved roughly. Never go through their services

Ordered cylinder around 27 April now in message it shows DoD as 2 but still not received. Every time somethings happen with one or another. It was my mistake that i shifted from Rhino gas agency to this, Worst gas agency till now.

This agency is worst.It does not responds at all.Their office mobile no.remains switched off all the time and landline no they don't pick up the call.We have been calling for two days but no response from their side . The service of this agency is very poor.Overall this agency service is worst.
