Took a brand new aura to travel to Shillong and surrounding areas, fantastic service with an owner who understands and is very sweet. Never came across a rental service who understood our needs and gave us the best car in our budget in a very short notice while others had increased their prices due to demand. The car was well maintained and there was no issue with the rental service when we picked or dropped the car. Everything was very smooth and at the time of pickup as well as when we had to return the car everything was handled professionally. Although the seats needed black seat covers to prevent soiling. Will surely recommend more people.

It was a nice and comfortable Innova Crysta provided to us with Surjeet bhai as driver. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with us. Kudos to him as he drove cab long hours tirelessly, took care of us when tire broke down of cab. Thanks to him our trip went well!

We booked car from Mumbai over a call. Zip Zap has offered us variety of cars with best rental in Guwahati. We selected Creta and to our surprise it was a new car, clean, propertly maintained, good breaks etc etc. Zip Zap Deliverd us to Kaziranga with fare delivery charges. The person has given us all details about functioning of AV, required documents and safety features. While returning I extended timing and the calculation for extra time was fare and logical. The overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommend for a road trip with family and friends.

Fantastic experience with zip zap cars, booked a Ecosport. Due to some last minute issues, Eco was not available, but the owner has managed to provide equally good Hyundai Venue Diesel top model for us, Vechicle was relatively new and had good driving experience overall. 4 star because was not happy with cleanliness of the vehicle

All along, It was a great experience and process was very simple. Requested for a Airport pick up & drop and they accommodated the request; Executive who came to handover the vehicle was polite and explained things (DOs and DONTs). Condition of the vehicle was good, could have kept lil clean otherwise all fine.
