Disappointed with the services they are providing. At the time of receiving the goods at Guwahati they assured that goods will reach Patna within 7-8 days, now it's 19 days, yet goods has not been delivered. From, last 7-8 days even they are not taking call, which is much irritating. Not recommend any one to take his services.

It is one of worst transport carriage service. They didn't send item on time. It will take more than 1 months as your requirement and delivery date. They never send when you call 100 times daily to services staff, they are cheating, they did not pick up the call when you gave the item for despatch. As my opinion he doesn't know the value of customer requirment. This service requires to improvement for better service.

I have a very worst experience with Pack & Carry Guwahati. My personal effects as Activa scooty, Sewing machine stand, Alimrah and Refrigator have been damaged during transportation. After transportation I have called 100 time him but he never pick up call.

I have had a worst experience ever with these guys. They delayed the shipping by two months and they don't give any value to ur consignment whether it is valuable or not. They aways made a fake promises and always said lie. Don't believe them. If there is a minus rating option, i will go with the minus rating.

Had a horrible experience with these guys. They delayed the shipping by half a month. They do not keep you updated about any activities had many complications while transporting my bikes from guwahati to pune. The drivers left the vehicle mid-way they did not have a ramp to offload the bikes. Absolutely pathetic

Disappointed with the service of pack and carry packers, i recommended to others not to believe them because they have full of lieing story to convince you. I have booked my household items from Guwahati to Mumbai on 22.10.2021 and till today i.e. on 23.11.2021 not yet recieved. 😪😪😪

Worst service provider ever. Once the loading is over and the truck moves for the destination, none of the staff answer any call nor do they respond back. Need to call multiple times,the only thing they are good at, are making excuses and absolutely no value for their own commitment. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very good experience with the way they provided services as I didn't opted for the unpacking of the stuffs. Specially the behavior of all the staffs were too gentle and friendly.Would recommend everyone to go for it.Packing and transportation of the items were way before the estimated date given.
