Pragati Logistic Car Transport Guwahati

Influenced by the Google Reviews, I approached this Transport Company for transportation of a Ford Endeavour vehicle from Guwahati to Bangalore. Accordingly, got the vehicle loaded on to a Vehicle Transport trailer having Regn No NL 01 AJ 7028 as guided by the Company's representative on 10.09.25 at Changsari, Guwahati with a promise to deliver the vehicle at the designated address at Bangalore within 10-12 days. However, on 14.09.25, I was asked to provide an authority letter against a different truck (Regn No.NL01AG8865). When enquired on 16.09.25 (i.e.after 6 days of loading), I was told that the Truck is at Assam-WB border and shall cross the border on the same day. After that, the Transport Company simply stopped attending my calls. Stressed at such behaviour, I sent multiple audio notes on WhatsApp asking for the Truck Driver's number and the same was provided to me only on 24.09.25. When I contacted the Truck Driver on 24th September, he informed me that he started from Guwahati on 20th September(though I had loaded the vehicle on 10th September) and now has reached Hyderabad and will reach Bangalore on 25th September. However, when I again contacted the Truck Driver on the morning of 26th September, he flatly denied having loaded the vehicle onto his Truck and said that he was at Delhi. This raised suspicion in my mind and I contacted the Tranporter again who in turn said the vehicle has reached Bangalore and would be delivered on the same day i.e. 26th September. This is when all the drama started. The Bangalore representative of the Transporter started making all sorts of fake stories saying that he met with an accident on way to the vehicle parking yard and he is getting the vehicle delivered through an alternate person. All such fake stories continued from the morning of 26th September till 27th September. Moreover, the Guwahati as well as Bangalore representative of the company also stopped attending calls from the evening of 27th September. This compelled me to again physically visit the Guwahati office of the Company on 27th September which was mysteriously found locked. Having no other option, I finally approached the Local Jurisdictional Police Station at Guwahati for help and only after intervention from Basistha Police Station, Guwahati, they contacted me and again promised to deliver the car on 28th September by 7 AM. Finally, on 28th September, the car was delivered at 10.30 AM i.e. on the 18th day after loading at GUWAHATI through Police intervention. To cut a long story short, PLEASE DON'T GET INFLUENCED BY THE FAKE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND ENTRUST YOUR CAR TO SUCH A FRAUD TRANSPORT COMPANY. Enclosed: Challan/Consignment Note/Pictures.
