⚠️ Worst Experience Ever with Speedex – Please Read Before You Trust Them! I had a horrible experience with Speedex. I shipped 11 cartons, my car, and my washing machine from Guwahati to Pune on 25th October 2025, trusting them with all my belongings — biggest mistake ever. As per Viren Bhargav from Speedex, my goods were supposed to reach in 10–12 days. I was constantly in touch with him, and he kept reassuring me that everything was safe and on time. I arrived in Pune on 7th November, and what I saw left me shocked and furious — My washing machine was completely crushed from the sides, broken and unusable. When I called Viren, he promised a refund and mentioned that since I had taken insurance worth ₹50,000, there would be a solution. On 10th November, I got a call from the driver regarding my car delivery. I assumed everything was fine — until I saw the car. After signing the receipt, I noticed the silencer was hanging, and the catalytic converter had a huge dent. The driver even had the audacity to ask for a tip! When I confronted him, he denied hearing any noise. I immediately took the car to a mechanic, who confirmed the damage was severe and required replacement, costing me ₹8,600. I called Viren again — instead of taking responsibility, he just spoke to the driver, who obviously denied everything, and that was the end of it. I felt helpless and completely cheated. On 12th November, I received only ₹5,000 as refund for the washing machine, while the actual repair cost is ₹15,000. As for the car damage, Viren bluntly told me that no refund will be provided, claiming it’s “not their fault.” 💥 Key Points: Shipped on 25 Oct 2025, from Guwahati → Pune Promised delivery: 10–12 days Actual delivery: late and with major damages Washing machine crushed, car silencer & catalytic converter damaged Took insurance worth ₹50,000 — useless! Received only ₹5,000 refund after repeated calls Unprofessional driver and irresponsible owner Pathetic customer service — full of false promises and excuses ❌ My Verdict: Never trust Speedex! They hand over your valuable items to unskilled middlemen, take no responsibility, and leave you to deal with the mess. Their so-called insurance and “assurance” mean nothing. I’m still dealing with losses and stress because of their carelessness and lies. If you care about your belongings — DO NOT use Speedex. Totally pathetic, unreliable, and unprofessional service. I had the chance to use their services for shifting my household goods from Assam to Rajasthan. The delivery was super fast and completed within just 4 days. Packaging was done properly and the overall service was smooth and hassle free. I am satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them.

i was honestly satisfied with the service provided by Speedex. I was really worried regarding the packing and moving the items all on our own but after I contacted Speedex they really handled it very well, we didn't have to do anything honestly. Everything was done by them in a very short period of time. All our items were properly packed and delivered to our new location by them and also they packed the glass items properly.

Very Good service. Delivered all my household items from Guwahati to Patna on time. They are very co operative. All items reach at Patna no time safely.
