I had sent my laptop from this agency to my Mumbai office. The screen was completely damaged when package was opened by the IT team. This DTDC person had assured me that they will deliver it safely and they will mention Fragile while repackaging but they didn’t even mention Fragile on it or Laptop inside hence it was mishandled and I believe something very heavy was kept on it while transit. Poor service led deduction in my Salary. I will recommend not to send any fragile item through this agency. Attached picture how they packed and sent.
