I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The owner is extremely professional, kind-hearted, and knowledgeable. During my visit, I observed him assisting a visually impaired student with form filling a truly admirable gesture that reflects his compassion and integrity. However, during the same visit, a young woman entered the shop and attempted to interrupt the assistance being provided to the visually impaired student, insisting that the owner attend to her work instead. I found this behavior to be quite insensitive. Despite her attitude, the shop owner remained composed, humble, and handled the situation with great patience and professionalism. Unfortunately, the woman continued to make unnecessary comments, including remarks about language, and even mentioned that she was an advocate — which was quite disappointing given the conduct expected from someone in that profession. It is my belief that such individuals should receive proper guidance and counselling on professional ethics and respectful behavior. Overall, I have immense respect for the shop owner, who truly demonstrated what it means to be a gentleman through his calm and dignified response. Must visit shop it is. Happy customer ☺️

This shop manager has no sense of professionalism, worst behaviour & he doesn’t know how to talk to an Assamese person, he denied to do my work even after it was decided he will get it done, he wasted my time & my to & fro worth of money & he also denied me to have a seat in the shop. He can show his this type of attitude & entitlement back in his place Rajasthan or wherever or where he came from & not in Assam. I had the worst experience ever in this shop.

Worst place to be. Unprofessional behaviour. Rude shopkeeper manager. Kindly avoid visiting this CSC centre if you don’t want to waste your time & money. Here nobody knows how to talk or speak to customers or do their work. It’s literally pathetic. And the shopkeeper has an attitude problem. Kindly avoid this negativity place.

Very bad behavior shown on behalf of the shop manager Recently had a bad experience with me and my friend,he denied my friend to sit in his shop and was very rude to her He should learn how to respect women.

Polite behaviour, quick service delivery and good management of people and their queries. Overall, one of the best CSC 👍

The shopkeeper can show such third class attitude in Rajasthan but not here in Assam.
