Had a great experience in travelogy for currency exchange.Pranjal help in exchange in money and it was done in 10 min.

Never exchange foreign currency at this agency. Also, avoid booking flight tickets through their other agency that promises “full refunds.” Once the payment is made, their attitude changes and the refund never materializes. Proceed with caution.

The service was absolutely good. I will recommend this to everyone.

we have booked the ticket from Bangkok to Guwahati for 15aug with 20kg baggage each and the ticket was confirmed the same day but later on after 8 days they have called us saying that the baggage is not yet confirmed and we need to pay extra to confirm the baggage , this way of service is not acceptable.

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE I booked two AirIndia tickets worth approx 90k to London via this agency. I had to almost beg for around 15 days just to get the ticket, I was not even given an invoice till then. This was the first time I realized I have made a complete fool of myself by booking the tickets through this agency. But…. The worst was yet to come. On the day of travel, we reached GAU airport at around 5:30am, that is 2 hours prior to departure. To our absolute horror, the person behind the check in counter informed us that THERE IS NO BOOKING IN OUR NAME. I was travelling abroad for the first time and these words sent shivers down my spine. I called the agency guy who booked our tickets and got a lame, casual response as if this is normal. My wife enquired through AirIndia customer care and came to know that the agency cancelled the tickets around 5 hours prior to departure and the complete amount was refunded to the agency. We immediately booked another flight on the same day at a much higher price than the usual. Fast forward a few weeks, we had to send a lawyer multiple times to their office just to get our amount back which took more than a month. Forget about getting refunds for any fare difference even if they say so. We are planning to take a legal action against them after what we have been through. I wish I read the 1 star reviews earlier. The 5 star reviews are the ones from its incompetent employees which read nothing more than “good”, “very good” if you scroll through them. Basically, if you have read this review till the end, you know the kind of nightmare we had to endure. I just pray that you read this review before dealing with this agency, not after.

FRAUD!! DO NOT BOOK TICKET OR ANYTHING FROM THIS AGENCY!! They cancelled our tickets at midnight without informing us and has not refunded. We have taken legal action against the agency. This was for an Air India ticket to abroad and they scammed us by not admitting to have cancelled ticket at 2am before the date of travel and acting like they were surprised. Do not believe any of the 5 star paid reviews. This is an absolutely fraud agency.

we booked a ticket kolkata to port Blair 23june 2024 when we reach airport Airindia checking counter PNR all ready cancelled we also confirmed through Airindia call center they also informed me PNR already cancelled but we dont have received any intimation from the agency we call them at least 10,12 times but not connect all the customer are request to you beware this type of agency we booed another flight ticket indigo INR 15k kindly give full refund either we will take legal action against travelogy online
