The service of Travelspro of Guwahati is excellent. I will give 5 star rating. The Travell agency had arranged three tour programmes for us for a team of 25 persons each time at Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat , and Rajasthan. Excellent service they had provided during the 13 days tour programme each time. They had not only provided all the services for our fixed iteniary of 25 members but also served us with all sudden requirements during all the three tour programme. Surpisingly, during the tour they provided medicines to sanitary napkins as per requirement of the tour team. Lastly, they had also arranged a tour programme for our team of 50 persons in New Delhi for 7 days very successfully. The behaviour of the owner and all staff are so polite. My first choice of a travel agency of Guwahati is surely the atravelspro as they never said NO to fulfill our requirements during our four tour programmes, though many of the requirements were not included in the original itinerary.

We have done 8 days ( from 20 Dec 25 to 27 Dec 25)Meghalaya tour packages with flight ticket, hotel, Ac Traveller and got a best service from Travelspro . We asked for a custom quote to travel to Bhutan. After they shared their quote, we decided to go with a different tour company, for reasons. When we let them know, Travelspro tried to guilt-trip us by saying they had already confirmed the hotel, car and guide when we asked for a custom quote. Who does that without getting confirmation via a payment advance? The tone of "were very disappointed, but enjoy your trip" left a bitter taste in the mouth. If you're thinking of planning travel with this company, please ensure that you explicitly let them know that you're asking for a quote, and you're not asking them to book your travel until you send them an advance to avoid the experience we had.

A huge thanks to travelspro for organising a smooth trip. We had the best accommodations and service. Our trip was well rounded and our entire family had the best time.
