The Most SHAMELESS & IRRESPONSIBLE Lab I’ve Ever Dealt With –READ BEFORE BOOKING I started off being considerate with them… big mistake. I booked 4 blood tests for home collection. Even after 5 days, 1 report—which normally takes 1–2 days—was still missing. When I called, they casually told me MY SAMPLE WAS NEVEN EVEN DELIVERED TO THE LAB At first, I let it slide because they said they had a camp on Sat–Sun, so I waited patiently. In return, they kept BLAMING ME—saying I “forgot my own sample,” which is absurd and insulting. To top it off, I had already paid the standard delivery fee, but the collection guy demanded another ₹100 because they “had to travel a lot.” Now I know they didn’t travel anywhere—since the sample never reached the lab—and guess what? THEY DIDN'T EVEN REFUND THAT 100RS.. (Attached transaction photos below) After TWO WEEKS of stalling, fake promises, and total negligence, they refunded only the main test amount, still saying this was MY PROBLEM .The arrogance and lack of accountability is unbelievable. If you value your health, your money, and your time—STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAB. They mishandle samples, make excuses, and have ZERO SHAME in blaming the customer for their own incompetence. You don’t mess around with people’s health—but they clearly do.
