Me Gonga G. Boruah, I belong to Sivasagar, which is about 350 km from Pratiksha Hospital Guwahati. Whenever my son and niece fell ill, we turned to Dr. Rajkumar Paul (pediatrician) as a beacon of hope. He has always treated them well. Even when we are unable to visit in person due to lack of time, Dr. Paul has always helped and guided us through WhatsApp and online consultations. Sir has never disappointed us till date. He truly understands what a medical emergency means. It has been such a grateful journey with Dr. Paul.

The best doctor I have come across till date. His behaviour is so good and ofcourse his treatment too. Despite such busy schedule he always listens patiently with smile. Even children are so fond of him. The way he does counselling of parents when their child is unwell is really commendable. The dedication shown by Dr Raj Kr Paul towards patients is very rare to find these days. May he prosper in every aspects of life. God bless him 🙏

As a new mother of twin babies, raising them on my own while my husband is posted elsewhere, it has always been a challenge to ensure the best care for my children. In this journey, Dr. R.K. Paul has truly been an angel for us. Every time I faced a concern, no matter how big or small, Dr. Paul guided me with incredible calmness, clarity, and compassion. Even during odd hours, he would either personally respond or ensure his assistant reached out without delay. From everyday worries like choosing the right formula to more intense NICU-related situations, Dr. Paul has consistently been by our side. His support gave me peace of mind, and I never once felt the need to consult another doctor. He was our very first pediatrician, and I sincerely hope he remains so for the long journey ahead. Dr. R.K. Paul is an outstanding doctor who clearly understands our concerns. He conducts thorough examinations under his supervision, and we have already noticed significant improvement in our child. His prompt responses to our messages demonstrate his commitment to patient care. However, I must address a recurring issue with the hospital staff. Despite scheduling appointments to see Dr. Paul, we consistently experience delays and often wait over an hour to meet with him. This has happened multiple times, and it is something that needs to be improved.

A good Doctor. One of the most sought out and finest pediatrician in the Ghy city.. Dr was very kind enough to spare his time to explain in detail the necessary exercises to be done to relieve problems in infant. Sir is all ears for his patients. Please take a prior booking to make it easier for u to meet him. Sir usually remains crowded with patients..

Dr Raj Kumar Paul is an excellent doctor, whom I have consulted innumerable time for my daughter who is presently 4 yrs old.He has been her consulting paediatrician since she was six months old. But I am a little disappointed as on today after taking a prior appointment in the morning and reaching half an hour before the appointment time I could not meet him as scheduled. My daughter was down with fever and only yesterday I have taken her to the emergency as her symptoms were very severe and it was expected of me to wait with a sick child for another two hours post my appointment time. I don’t know it was a lag on whose behalf but such incidents don’t leave good impression of the institution or the doctor’s. I appreciate Dr. Raj Kumar Pauls excellent treatments and his loving approach towards his patients but there could be a better appointment management system.

I have found him the best pediatrician of all the pediatricians I have come across till date...responds back to all my queries so gently and no airs at all...God bless
