Extremely disappointed with the consultation we received. The doctor charged ₹3000 as consultation fees, yet when the child’s condition worsened and we were in the emergency ward, he did not answer our calls. That was a very distressing and helpless situation. What is even more concerning is that the diagnosis given was incorrect. We were told that everything was fine and the vitals were normal, and that there was no need to worry. However, the child was actually suffering from dehydration, which required proper attention. Such negligence and lack of responsiveness during an emergency is unacceptable. We expected professionalism, availability, and accurate medical assessment unfortunately, we experienced none of these.
