Klean 360

I am very disappointed with this klean 360 deep cleaning service. They did not clean my house properly at all, and many areas were still dirty even after they finished. I was standing at home from 12 PM to 5 PM watching their work, but the service was extremely poor What made the experience even worse was their rude and unprofessional behavior. When I contacted the receptionist (or the person who handled my call and sent the service team) to complain about the poor work, I also shared photos as proof. Despite this, they refused to accept the mistake and were still insisting on charging the full payment. Another concerning thing is that the only review on their page seems to be their own six-month-old review. There are no genuine customer reviews from other customers, which clearly raises doubts. I am writing this honest review to make others aware. Please do not use their service. My experience was extremely disappointing and the service was completely unprofessional.

The cleaners were professional and polite throughout the process. They took the time to understand my specific requirements, like focusing more on the kitchen and balcony. The work was thorough, and even managed to remove old stains I thought were permanent. Their positive attitude and respect for my home made the experience very pleasant
