The mall is so neat and clean. The whole staff is helpful and kind. The price of the items is also not so high.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The lady manager treated us with suspicion and made us feel like thieves for no reason. This kind of behavior is very insulting to genuine customers. Instead of helping customers, she kept staring and following us around, which made us very uncomfortable. Good customer service requires respect, but sadly that was missing here. I hope management trains their staff to treat customers properly. I will not recommend this place based on my experience.

1st of all, when I went to purchase moong daal, the weight machine was not working properly. 2ndly while purchasing mustard oil there was written that, we get 1L at Rs 175,so I thought of checking it in the weight machine that if it is really 1L or not, but it was 970g with bottle weight. So I guess they were scamming. Again after waiting in a queue for so long,when I went to pay with cash, they said that they don't accept cash and told me to go in the line in the other cash counter. So this was a worst experience. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.

Hate those staffs especially those with an overly attitude (probably sweepers). They didnot even helped me properly to locate other floors and showed me stairs instead of lift and i was holding so much as well in my basket just because they wanted to go in it. Moreover they were also rude why i asked them about where some items were. I replied i thought they were staff. And then they were murmuring among them as if they have done some favour talking to me. The counter boy was also irresponsible enough and then my bag was again rechecked because he simply forgot to put aside the pin of one cloth.

I would like to bring to your notice the poor payment counter management I experienced at your Vishal Mega Mart store on Sunday. I had purchased only 6–7 items, yet I had to wait for a very long time at the billing counter. The store was extremely crowded, and one customer ahead of me had 6–7 large bags of items, which took a considerable amount of time for billing and payment. This caused unnecessary inconvenience to other customers who had very few items. Although the customer was making an online payment (not cash), there should still be some limitation or separate counters for bulk purchases and customers with fewer items. Due to the lack of proper queue management, the overall shopping experience became frustrating. I kindly request you to look into this issue

Recently I had visited the mart to buy some groceries after the billing I asked for a bag and at first the young boy with a beard did not listen and than upon asking again he retorted in frustration that the bag was for 17 rupees,I did not take the bag as I did not want to show him I had 17 rupees but it was quite odd to be carrying my groceries in my hand,Kindly improve your services and see that your staff is welcoming and most importantly kindly give bags if you think 17 rupees is a lot of money than keep carry bags which everyone can afford

Nice place with almost all household essentials available. Ramp is available at entrance. And lift is present to move within the floors. Clothes, utensils, food, cutlery, kid toys all present. It remains mostly crowded in the evening. If you don't like hassle then try to shop during the day. However during festivals it remains extremely crowded.

Many varieties available here with reasonable price. Except the staff at the billing counter need to improve quicker service to the customer.
