Horrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Pet Shop! I left my beloved pet rabbit at this shop for 10 days while I was on vacation, trusting them to take good care of him. However, when I returned, I was absolutely devastated by what I saw. My rabbit was severely neglected and injured. Both of his legs were hurt, his fur had been cut unevenly, and his eyes were red and swollen. He was perfectly healthy when I left him, but when I picked him up, he was frighteningly skinny. It was clear he hadn’t been fed properly. To make things worse, one of his front legs was also injured, and no one at the shop provided a proper explanation for how this happened. This level of neglect is unacceptable. I trusted them with my pet’s well-being, and they completely failed in their responsibility. I strongly urge others to stay away from this place if they care about their pets. Avoid this pet shop at all costs!!

I brought a lasha apso puppy in April 2025... After 5 days the puppy stopped eating and died... The owner promised us that if the puppy have any problem or if he died he would return it... 4 months have passed he did not fullfill his promise... What kind of profeshnalism is this??? Poisa gosot nalage nohoi.. kosto kori joma korisilu bcz I love dogs.... Totally fraud store... Seriously

Guys, please don’t buy from this store! The owner is a scammer and a liar. I bought a German Shepherd puppy from this store, and after bringing it home, the puppy became sick. It suddenly stopped eating and started vomiting. When we first visited the store to buy a puppy, the owner was very friendly. He promised us that if the puppy got sick or died, he would give us another one. But when we went back, he refused to replace the puppy and instead asked for more money. The price of the puppy was ₹20,000. He also claimed that the puppy had already received one vaccination, but when we asked for the receipt or certificate, he refused to provide it—meaning he had been lying to us all along. I’m still paying for my puppy’s treatment, which has already cost more than ₹10,000. Please don’t buy from this store!

I visited this pet shop recently, and what I saw was absolutely heartbreaking. There was a Dalmatian puppy who looked extremely weak so lean that his ribs were clearly visible. It was obvious that he was starving and not being cared for properly. To make things worse, I also saw a pug puppy who was leaning against the cage with his face pressed against the bars. He looked extremely weak and unwell, as if he had completely given up, and it’s clear that these poor animals are not receiving the care they desperately need. It’s shocking and cruel to see animals kept in such poor conditions. A pet shop should be a place where animals are well-fed, healthy, and cared for not suffering like this. It’s clear that their well-being is not a priority here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who truly loves animals. If you care about pets, stay away from this shop! If the owner of this shop cannot take responsibility for the well-being of these animals, they have no business selling them in the first place. I strongly urge people to AVOID this place!

Every thing is okay, fully satisfied with their products, but only one issue the owners doesn't have smiles on their face. And they have full of attitude.

1 months back we bought a labrador puppy from this place , but at that same day puppy after coming home had started having fever , vomiting and loose motion . The pet shop gave us unhealthy puppy and we even medicated that puppy but no improvement in that puppy.. The owner promised to return his money within one month but didn't. He refused to give us the money and delayed every month... Don't buy puppy from this shop. He is a fraud. He gives unhealthy puppies to the customer Even he does not keep puppies in good condition

Worst experience ever. Before any advance payment take a receipt because after you book the pet he won’t delivering it on time and will be making you wait for a very long time . Very unprofessional behaviour and service . And the puppies aren’t healthy.

the owner is a fraud took advance for a puppy but for some reason i had to cancel it next day he said he will refund my money but afterwards some days he refused to give me my advance amount and started negotiating with my brother for refund he doesn’t want to refund full amount he want to make money off me and the other person who will be buy the puppy and continues refusing to pay.
