The owner himself scammed me and sold me Penguin Tetra instead of Siamese Alage Eater. I didn't pay much attention while buying the fish so he put penguin tetra in the bag and charged me for a Siamese algae eater since both look almost alike. Also, he is least interested in explaining and selling. Prices of all the products in his shop are higher compared to other shops in Guwahati. The picture i posted is of my planted tank with the Penguin tetra he sold me.

Very polite and well behaved owner. Prices of fishes are also reasonable and are of very good quality. I bought a pair of fancy tail goldies and 2 pairs of mollies (2 male 2 female) along with 3 guppies (1 male 2 female).

Very sad to post this but on 29th nov I bought a shih tzu puppy from this store, as I was introduced to the pup the first thing I noticed was that the puppy was not wagging her tail nor showing any sort of excitement. As any animal lover I too tried to pet her but she tried to bite me, i let that go too because I was so excited at that very moment. But later once all the payment and all was done I asked the guy named CHAMPAK TALUKDAR that she's neither wagging her tail nor showing any sort of excitement is everything alright, he told me "notun manuh dekhise je heikarne hobo pare", I too thought the same and we bought her home. She was fine that day, very active and naughty. The next day we went to the shop as they told us that their VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND ARROGANT VET "MRS NITY PATOWARY" would come and examine her. The vet arrived and she didn't even examine our puppy properly and the thing which still makes me angry is being a VET, she's afraid of a 45 day old puppy, what happened was after requesting her 2-3 times she agreed to show how we should trim all the hair covering the shih tzu's eyes, while she started to demonstrate our puppy got irritated and tried to bite she got scared and the puppy fell from a height of at least 3-4 ft and this happened cause the shop doesn't even have a examination table and she was looking at the pup at the steep corner of the counter. Once our pup fell, everybody was so chilled out including the selfie lover Nity patowary and didn't even check her once. We took the pup and came back home, from the next morning the dog was not well and having cold and not even having her food and was sleeping the whole day! We called her and so casually she recommended us a syrup which is used for OLDER DOGS WITH OTHER ISSUES SUCH as RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS and joint pain. But since we didn't like the attitude of the vet and further consulted another senior vet then we came to know that that's not prescribed for puppies. Later our senses came back and we realized why she prescribed a syrup with no relation to cough or fever because that woman remembered that the puppy fell from her hands. Our shih tzu suffered so much and was in so much pain. Last night we lost that innocent soul. This is how you diagnose and treat Animals?????? Later on we got to know that the pup was suffering from "FADING PUPPY SYNDROME", which was confirmed by a veterinary medical officer. THIS PLACE SELLS PUPS WITH HEALTH ISSUES AND HAS THE WORST VET SERVICES.
