The behaviour of the Doctor as wel as the staffs are very rude as I understand. Not recommended this place. I have rejected her treatment towards my mother. We pay they treat us, this is the reality they should understand. Hope, my opinion reaches to the doctor.

Reports of my CECT Scan was Accurate but it is time consuming as I have to wait for 6-7 hours for a CECT Scan on that day. But Reports & Diagnostics were Accurate.

The receptionists were pathetic. They had no idea how to respond and didn’t give full details about the test. I went for my father’s CT scan, and their behaviour made an already stressful situation even worse

One of the best diagnostic centres in Guwahati with in- house cafeteria and washrooms. You will get your test reports within 6 hrs.

The doctor was extremely unprofessional. She demanded that we do the tests only in their diagnostic centre after bringing the test reports from another diagnostic centre. She did not even look at the reports and did not provide any diagnosis. She just kept on talking about how we did not do the tests in their diagnostic centre. As a doctor it’s your duty and you’re being paid for providing diagnosis doesn’t matter where we get our tests done

Pathetic is the only word for this place. They make you wait for hours just to complete basic tests, and the behavior of their staff is mostly below average. When patients have to stay on an empty stomach until late afternoon for their turn, you can imagine how truly pathetic the experience becomes. This is not a place I would ever recommend for pathological tests.

If any doctor ever recommend this centre just say no....they do it for commission.Paid almost 17k for MRI FNAC USG just to find they had suspected my lump to be TB.before treatment I was also suspecting it to be cancer that I went for tests....get professional staffs....we paid what you asked yet your service is pathetic.....

The cleanliness and hygiene was unsatisfactory in the XRAY Mammography Room. There were papers, files and office equipment carrying dust. No change of dress or even slippers were given. The staff also gave no instructions on removal of jewellery etc. Management please look into it. The staff was also rude. Were giving instructions one after the other like they were scolding the patients.
