Very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. 1. With GST 2.0, tax on many items has reduced from 12% to 5%, but they did not pass on the benefit — instead charging around 6.25% over MRP. 2. Pushing charges were ₹50, whereas most pharmacies charge ₹20–30. 3. Dressing charges were ₹200, which is more than what even reputed hospitals like Apollo or Marwari charge. 4. No discount given at all, despite the fact that these were generic/surgical items where margins are usually 60–70%. A basic 10–15% discount is normally expected. Overall, I ended up paying almost ₹690 for items that should have been around ₹450–500. This is not customer-friendly and feels like overcharging. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious and avoid this place.
